I am not receiving alerts: Check your channel in Settings. If you chose email, look in spam and mark us as safe. If you chose notifications, make sure notifications are allowed for minefirst on your device. Alerts only fire for newly listed items that match an active alert.
How do I cancel my subscription?: Settings, then Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future charges and your access runs to the end of the paid period. If you subscribed through an app store, cancel in that store's subscription settings.
How do I delete my account?: Settings, then Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and cancels any active subscription.
A deal was gone by the time I opened it: Good deals on Vinted and eBay can sell in minutes. We alert within moments of a listing appearing; turning on push notifications is the fastest way to hear about them.
