Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of minefirst, the deal-alert service available at minefirst.ai and through our apps. By creating an account you agree to them. The service is operated by Graby Ltd, trading as minefirst.

What minefirst does

minefirst watches public listings on secondhand marketplaces such as Vinted and eBay and alerts you when a listing matches the alerts you configure. We screen listings with automated checks before alerting you, but we are not the seller, we do not handle the transaction, and we cannot guarantee that any listing is genuine, accurately described, still available, or fairly priced. Any purchase you make happens on the marketplace, under that marketplace's terms, at your own judgement.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be 18 or older to use minefirst.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account.
• One account per person. You may not resell, share, or automate access to the service.

Subscription, trial, and billing

• minefirst costs 9.99 GBP per month, billed by our payment provider until you cancel.
• New accounts may receive a free trial. When the trial ends you are not charged automatically; alerts pause unless you subscribe.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period runs to its end. Where a purchase is made through an app store, that store's billing and cancellation flow applies instead.
• Statutory rights aside, payments already made are not refunded for partial periods.

Fair use

Alert limits (number of active alerts and alerts delivered per day) apply per plan and may change with notice. We may throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape it, or interfere with its operation.

Availability

We aim for minefirst to run around the clock, but we depend on third-party marketplaces and infrastructure. The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that every matching listing is found or that alerts arrive within any specific time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for purchases you make on third-party marketplaces, for counterfeit or misdescribed items sold by third parties, or for missed deals.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which cancels any active subscription with us and erases your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For significant changes we will tell you in advance. Continuing to use minefirst after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
